These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SmokOver mobile application ("SmokOver", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using SmokOver, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SmokOver is a motivational and general tracking tool for people who want to stop smoking. It helps you track your smoke-free progress, money saved, and personal milestones, and offers a guided breathing exercise and general tips to help you stay motivated.
The content in SmokOver — including statistics, health timelines, milestone cards, and craving tips — is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. Values and timelines are based on published scientific literature and population averages; individual results may vary.
SmokOver is not a healthcare provider and does not practise medicine. Using the app does not create any doctor–patient or professional–client relationship between you and SmokOver. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health provider with any questions about quitting smoking, medication, or a medical condition.
SmokOver is not designed for emergency or time-sensitive situations.
SmokOver is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the app. By using SmokOver you confirm that you meet this requirement.
SmokOver is free to download and use. Optional in-app purchases ("SmokOver Pro") unlock additional content and remove ads. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play or Apple account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
SmokOver is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or scientifically exact, or that it will produce any particular result, including quitting smoking.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmokOver and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross fault, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
